Lazyman Bio: Jim Arnold

Hi, I'm Jim. I am also Jamie's father, and therefore, Bean's grandpa. I am 65 and haven't run any since college, where I ran the mile, two mile, and cross country. I remember the "wall" and the "runner's high." I may, with a little luck and a lot of hard work, be able to run again at some point. Right now, I am just trying to improve my condition and lose some weight. Remember, it's just one foot in front of the other and do it again (and try to do it faster than the other guy.)
